Time flies is amazing, I cannot believe it's been five weeks
since I began this adventure, I already culminate two subjects Food Safety and Sanitation and Culinary Foundations 1, I got an A in both subjects, it was worth
every night without sleep, jejej.
This week we start Introduction to Baking and Pastry, This
really is my thing, the only little problem is that we were told that the
average weight gain since we started the class is 20 lbs, , I've already taken action on ,
jajaja Seeking the farthest parking spot there, so I am forced to walk , I
share the day's production with my co-workers and neighbors, lol.
Es increible el tiempo vuela, no puedo creer que ya hayan pasado cinco semanas desde que comence esta aventura, ya culmine dos materias Food safety and Sanitation y Culinary Foundations 1, he sacado una A en ambas materias, ha valido la pena todas las noches sin dormir,jejej.
Esta semana comenzamos Introduction to Baking and Pastry, Esto si es lo mio, el unico problemita es que nos dijeron que el promedio de aumento de peso desde que comenzamos la carrera es de 20 lb, madre mia, Yo ya he tomado medidas al respecto jajaj, busco el puesto de estacionamiento mas lejano que haya, asi me veo obligada a caminar y comparto la produccion del dia con mis companeros de trabajo y vecinos, jajaja.
